Abstract: New aqueous concentrates containing a fluorinated surfactant and a further foam producing component are disclosed. They contain of from 0.5 to 2.5% by weight a fluorinated phosphorous acid ester having the formula ##STR1## In this formula means R.sub.f a perfluoroalkyl radical with from 3 to 16 carbon atoms, m zero or 1, p an integer of from 1 to 4, R.sub.1 a hydrogen atom, a C.sub.1-4 alkyl radical, a cylcohexyl radical or a 2-hydroxyalkyl radical with from 2 to 6 carbon atoms, R.sub.2 a C.sub.1-4 alkyl radical, a cyclohexyl radical or a 2-hydroxyalkyl radical with 2 to 6 carbon atoms, or a radical of the formula R.sub.f --(CF.dbd.CH).sub.m --(CH.sub.2).sub.p, Q an alkylene radical with 2 to 4 carbon atoms, which may be substituted by phenyl groups. The aqueous concentrate when diluted with about 16 parts by volume of water gives a solution which can be foamed. The foam it capable of extinguishing liquid hydrocarbon fires.

Abstract: Compounds of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.f is a perfluoroalkyl group of 3 to 16 carbon atoms, R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 is hydrogen, lower alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, cyclohexyl, 2-hydroxyalkyl, or R.sub.f --(CF.dbd.CH).sub.m --(CH.sub.2).sub.p --, Q is --(CH.sub.2).sub.x --, --CH.sub.2 CHR--, or --CH.sub.2 --CRR'--CH.sub.2 -- (R is lower alkyl or phenyl, R' is lower alkyl, phenyl or hydrogen), x is an integer of 2 or 3, m is an integer of 0 or 1 and p is an integer of 1 to 4, are prepared by reacting florinated amines of the formulaR.sub.4 --(CF.dbd.CH).sub.m --(CH.sub.2).sub.p --NR.sub.1 R.sub.2with cyclic phosphites of the formula ##STR2## these compounds are useful for lowering the surface tension in aqueous solutions and as wetting agents in dry-cleaning processes for textiles.

Abstract: An aqueous composition containing (A) an aminoplast precondensate, (B) a polymeric ethylene imine, the monomer of which is a reaction product of toluenediisocyanate a fluorinated alkanol and ethylene imine, which polymer is dispersed by means of a dispersant obtained by reacting said fluorinated alkanol, toluenediisocyanate and a polyethylene glycol, (C) a long-chain alkyl urea and (D) a cross-linking catalyst is useful for rendering a velvety suede-like polyurethane structure oil- and water-repellant.
