  • Publication number: 20240137358
Abstract: Disclosed are various approaches for peer-to-peer device security detection. In some examples, a first client device transmits verification data to a second client device. The verification data includes a public key verification certificate of the client device, and a time-based session token generated by the first client device. The first client device receives a preliminary cross-comparison package from the second client device. The preliminary package includes a spoof-check token, and peer device context data of the second client device. The first client device generates a cross-comparison package using the preliminary cross-comparison package and local device context data of the first client device, and transmits the cross-comparison package to a management service for cross-comparison.

  • Patent number: 11929937
Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments for controlling a distribution of resources on a network. In one example, among others, a system is configured to receive the plurality of resources and a plurality of rules. The system is also configured to determine an authorized location and an authorized area based on the plurality of rules. The authorized location and the authorized area are determined to have different access rights to the plurality of resources. The system is further configured to determine a location of the computing device and grant access to a resource based on the location of the computing device with respect to the authorization location or the authorized area.

  • Patent number: 11899734
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for extracting and populating content from an email link. In an example, a machine learning (“ML”) model can be trained based on user interactions with emails. When an email is received for the user, the ML model can be applied to score the email. An application can extract a link in the email. The application can retrieve a web page with the link and store it locally. The application can create a card for the email that includes the link and insert the card into a graphical user interface (“GUI”). A user can access the GUI and select the card. The web page can be retrieved from the local storage and displayed in the GUI.

  • Patent number: 11824989
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for onboarding a new device to a blockchain secured network. A trusted device that is already enrolled on the blockchain can receive information from a new device. The new device can send an onboarding request to a server through a non-blockchain secured Application Programming Interface (“API”). The trusted device can send an onboarding request for the new device through a blockchain secured API. The server can receive the requests and match them. The server can authenticate the two devices and send a request to a blockchain consensus to add the new device to the blockchain with the trusted device as a referral. The blockchain consensus can add the new device to the blockchain and notify the server. The server can notify the new device, and the new device can begin communicating through the blockchain secured API or directly with other devices on the blockchain.

  • Patent number: 11824644
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices provide control over resources electronically communicated among computing devices. In some embodiments, a management application identifies multiple entities for communicating electronic content. The management application determines that at least a subset of the entities required for communicating the electronic content is available for electronic communication. The management application authorizes communication of at least some of the electronic content among the entities in response to determining that the required subset of entities is available for electronic communication.

  • Patent number: 11824859
Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments for controlling access to resources in a network environment. Methods may include installing a profile on the device and installing a certificate included in or otherwise associated with the profile on the device. A request to execute an application, and/or access a resource using a particular application, is received and determination is made as to whether the certificate is installed on the device based on an identification of the certificate by the application. If the certificate is installed on the device, then execution of the application and/or access to the resource is allowed. If the certificate is not installed on the device, then the request for execution and/or access is refused.

  • Patent number: 11689516
Abstract: In a networked environment, an application executed on a computing device may transmit a distribution rule associated with a resource. The distribution rule can require a key application to be enabled as hardware associated with a client device prior to access to a resource. The application may receive a request for access to the resource by the client device. In an instance in which it is determined that the client device complies with the distribution rule, the application may provide, to the client device, authorization to access the resource.

  • Publication number: 20230110127
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for creating a customized response to user feedback. In an example, a feedback system can receive user feedback about a product. The feedback system can parse the user feedback to extract keywords and assign categories to the keywords. The feedback system can also receive update information related to the product. The feedback system can parse the product update information in a similar manner to extract keywords and assign them to categories. The feedback system can compare the parsed user feedback and the parsed product update information and identify any matches that indicate that the product update addresses something mentioned in the user feedback. The feedback system can create a custom notification that highlights the portion of the product update information that matched to the user feedback.

  • Patent number: 11570165
Abstract: Disclosed are various approaches for authenticating a user through a voice assistant device and creating an association between the device and a user account. The request is associated with a network or federated service. The user is prompted to use a client device, such as a smartphone, to facilitate an authentication flow. A soundwave is played through the client device that contains a secret key, which is then sent to a service that validates the secret key. An association between the user account and the voice assistant device can then be created so that access to third party services can occur.

  • Patent number: 11520973
Abstract: Examples described herein include systems and methods for providing user-specific previews for terms within text. An example method can include receiving tracked user behavior reflecting terms selected by a user and entered into a search. A representation of known words can be created based on the tracked user behavior. By training machine-learning models for each individual user, personalized previews can be presented when each user encounters a new body of text, such as in a webpage or email. The preview can apply to a term not previously known to the user but likely to be searched by the user, relying on content gathered from a search on a search medium that the user was likely to use. The content can be presented to the user in a graphical user interface allowing for interaction and feedback.
