  • Patent number: 8875912
Abstract: A vehicle crane—in particular an articulated-arm crane—includes a lifting arm and one or more articulated arms, and the geometry of the crane arms can be changed with respect to one another. A load cable can be guided or is guided on the crane arms. A compensation device allows the tension in the load cable to be controlled or regulated upon a change in the geometry of the crane arms with respect to one another.

  • Publication number: 20050035077
Abstract: A crane comprising a telescopic, in particular articulated jib, a cable winch and a direction-changing roller arranged at the tip of the jib for a lifting cable from which a load-carrier means, for example a hook, is suspended, and a regulating device for synchronizing the rotary movement of the cable winch with the telescopic or articulation movements of the jib, wherein the crane (1) has a measuring device (14) for detecting the position and the speed of revolution respectively of the direction-changing roller (4).

  • Patent number: 6328173
Abstract: A crane having a hydraulically actuated jib system, at least one cylinder for actuating the jib system and an apparatus for monitoring the pressure in the cylinder, which indicates the crane loading, wherein the feed flow of hydraulic fluid to the cylinder is controllable by varying the cross-section of a valve, and a signal is produced in dependence on the variation in pressure in relation to time which is detected in the cylinder or the variation in the loading of the piston guided in the cylinder in relation to time, which signal actuates the drive for adjusting the valve cross-section in the direction of a reduction in the detected variation in pressure or loading.

  • Patent number: 5108513
Abstract: A device in which the wafers are moved with the aid of aqueous media, is posed for the transportation of semiconductor wafers and also for use in processes for the cleaning thereof, the device including a guideplate having a bottom plate with nozzle systems which are differently inclined in each case and independent of one another and through which the transportation fluid is, if necessary, forced into the transportation space, as a result of which the wafer can be loaded, retarded, caused to rotate and unloaded again. The devices can be combined to form treatment lines, different fluids being used in each case in the individual sections thereof, so that no mechanically moving parts act on the wafers during retardation and rotation and that no change of reagents has to be carried out inside a treatment station.
