    Abstract: The present invention provides a digital content kiosk system operable for delivering selected digital content to a user. The digital content kiosk system of the present invention includes a limited-play recordable data storage medium configured to receive selected digital content and a data storage media recording device operable for recording the selected digital content on the limited-play recordable data storage medium at the request of a user. The limited-play recordable data storage medium of the present invention includes a reflective layer, a recording layer disposed directly or indirectly adjacent to the reflective layer, and at least one of a reactive layer and a reactive bonding adhesive layer disposed between the data storage media recording device and at least one of the reflective layer and the recording layer.
