The coupling system including a passive unit having a first side and an opposing second side, the first side having a recess with a lip. The coupling system further having an active unit that includes an actuator, a cam mechanism and a plurality of capture rollers. The cam mechanism is operably coupled to the actuator, the cam mechanism being movable from a stowed position to a deployed position. The plurality of capture rollers is operably coupled to the cam mechanism to move from a first position to a second position in response to the cam mechanism moving from the stowed position to the deployed position, the plurality of capture rollers engaging the lip in the second position when the passive unit is in contact with the active unit.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for the manufacture of a polymer composition comprising polymer and carbonaceous filler comprising the steps of: a. introducing a first portion of polymer and a first portion of carbonaceous filler into a first feed section of an extruder, b. introducing a second portion of polymer and optionally a second portion of carbonaceous filler into a second feed section located downstream of the first feed section of the extruder, and c. extruding the resulting polymer composition; wherein the polymer composition comprises 0.01 to 3 wt. % of the carbonaceous filler relative to the total weight of the polymer composition.

Abstract: Described is a multiple (2-4)-compartment fluidic individually stable pre-storable composition storage and unstable mixture-forming and delivery container having separate compartments each communicating with a single mixing zone via an externally-located fluidic composition multiple delivery tube system juxtaposed with the outer surfaces of the compartment walls. These containers are well suited for storing and transporting compositions such as a cleaning agent composition, a personal care composition, an aqueous liquid detergent composition and/or a fabric softening composition and then promptly delivering the resulting unstable mixture to the desired location. The container has been advantageously found to deliver unstable mixtures which could include aqueous suspensions of microencapsulated fragrances or other ingredients.

The invention also concerns a microapplicator designed to be used in such an instrument provided with a filter housed in or on said microapplicator, so that each time the latter is replaced, the filter is also replaced.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus for dispensing a material such as a fragrance, a disinfectant, a coloring agent, or a cleaner into a toilet bowl are disclosed. In accordance with certain preferred embodiments of the present invention, a rim holder and material container are provided. The rim holder includes a vessel section that collects flush water after initiation of a flush cycle. After the volume within the vessel section reaches a predetermined level, the material is mixed with the water and permitted to flow into the toilet bowl from a lower aperture. The present invention permits the material to be added in the flush cycle so that the material is no carried away with the initial flow, but instead remains in the bowl after the flush cycle is complete.
