  • Patent number: 11441677
Abstract: The invention relates to a control arrangement for vehicles having a hydrostatic auxiliary drive for one or more axles, in particular for motor graders, having a drive engine, driven rear wheels coupled to the drive engine, further wheels which can be activated by associated hydraulic motors and can be operated by a hydraulic pump coupled to the drive engine and which has an adjustable feed volume, wherein each wheel is connected to a hydraulic motor without a clutch. The hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motors can be activated electrically and adjusted in a continuously variable fashion and the hydraulic pump is connected directly, without valves, to the hydraulic motors in parallel by hydraulic lines. The control device controls the respective displacement volume of the hydraulic motors only as a function of the rotational speed signals of the sensors.

  • Patent number: 10119558
Abstract: A control device, in particular for hydraulically controlling components of mobile working machines, has a pressure supply connection (P) and a tank or return connection (T) in addition to two user connections (A, B). Control and/or regulating valves (10, 14, 16, 18) are connected between the individual connections (P, T, A, B). Two control lines (C, Z) can control at least one of the control and/or regulating valves. A modular-type functional block (24, 26) is connected to at least one of the control lines (C, Z).

  • Patent number: 7543449
Abstract: The invention concerns a hydraulic system for linear drives with a differential cylinder, in particular for mobile machines which through the use of displacement-control of the drives avoids the many and diverse disadvantages of the state of the art and renders possible a precise and energy-efficient control of linear drives with differential cylinders, and which is economical and simple to maintain and which can be well integrated into the total hydraulic system of such machines.

  • Patent number: 7475502
Abstract: The invention relates to a hydraulic control system for building machinery, particularly for controlling hydraulic consumers of an excavator. According to the invention, pump channels which ensure that the hydraulic consumers are supplied in parallel by means of a spool valve of the main control unit of the piece of building machinery are provided in addition to previously existing pump channels that ensure said hydraulic consumers are serially supplied with hydraulic fluid. The additional pump channels are arranged parallel to the previously existing ones.
