Abstract: Modular enclosures, structures, and components thereof are provided herein. A modular enclosure may include a plurality of enclosure panels and a dormer. A modular assembly may include first and second panels, an elongated structural reinforcing member, and a connector pin connecting the first and second panels. Another modular assembly may include a molded panel including an elongated channel, an elongated reinforcing member positioned in the channel, and at least one fastener configured to retain the elongated reinforcing member within the channel. The elongated reinforcing member may include pins to be retained within blind bores of the elongated channel.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention are directed at least to a plastic wheel, methods of making a plastic wheel and a waste receptacle. The wheel has a wheel body and a hub. The hub has an outer wall, an inner wall and a central bore orientated along an axis that the hub extends along. The outer wall of the hub has been compressed inwardly toward the inner wall, providing greater structural support for the hub.

Abstract: A method of blow molding an article comprises providing a mold having a single mold cavity and a length and a width. The mold may be oriented such that the length is oriented horizontally. A first parison and a second parison are extruded into the mold cavity. The first parison and the second parison are expanded such that the material from the first parison contacts the material from the second parison to form a structural rib inside of the article. A blow molded article is also provided comprising an outer wall formed of a first parison and a second parison where a structural rib is formed where the first parison contacts the second parison. Additional parisons may be used in the same mold cavity forming additional ribs and compartments.

Abstract: A structure such as a storage shed, building, cabinet, storage box or the like has a corner structure comprising a wall panel having a wall portion and a corner offset portion that extends at an angle relative to the wall portion to create a corner. The corner offset portion terminates in a protruding edge. A door pivots between a closed position and an open position such that a recess formed in the door panel receives the protruding edge when the door is in the closed position.

Abstract: A blow-molded decorative article is disclosed which comprises a plurality of different polymers having different melt flow rates that cause inter-dispersion of the polymers upon blow-molding. The article is blow-molded from a multiple layer parison that a plurality of layers of like polymers, i.e., polyethylenes, polypropylenes, polystyrenes, etc., that have different melt flow rates and different colors. As a result in the differences in the melt flow rates, the polymers of the various layers mix upon blow-molding to create the look of a glazed ceramic pottery or an exterior pattern such as a tie-dyed marbleized or camouflaged pattern.
