  • Publication number: 20130086473
Abstract: A computer system includes instructions recorded on a computer-readable medium and that are executable by at least one processor. The system includes a message generation module configured to generate and send an electronic message containing a selectable link, the selectable link being unique to an identified prospective customer and to enable access to a remotely hosted, on-demand computer application. The system includes an interface module configured to present an interface to the identified prospective customer in response to receiving a selection of the selectable link contained in the electronic message, where the interface includes an information area and a selection area having one or more selectable uniform resource locators (URLs), where each of the URLs points to a demonstration scenario in the on-demand computer application and each of the URLs is a same URL for each different identified prospective customer.

  • Patent number: 7624122
Abstract: A method and system for querying a database are provided. A user interface element for a dynamic field is created wherein the user interface element comprises a name field and a value field. A generic query structure is provided wherein the generic query structure comprises an attribute pair. The attribute pair has a field name attribute and a field value attribute. The name field is bound to the field name attribute and a first entry from the name field is passed to the field name attribute. The value field is then bound to field value attribute and a second entry from the value field is passed to the field value attribute.

  • Patent number: 7617236
Abstract: A method and system for displaying results of a dynamic search are provided. Results of a search are received in a result node of a query wherein the result node comprises a first node and a second node. The first node has a static key data and the second node has a dynamic key data. The static key data and the dynamic key data are transferred to a dummy node. A table displaying the static key data and the dynamic key data is then generated based upon the dummy node.

  • Publication number: 20070100675
Abstract: Information may be provided to user regarding an issued sales order quote for an entity. Thereafter, an input may be received from the user assigning the issued sales order quote with a conversion probability factor indicating a likelihood that the issued sales order quote being converted into a sales order. Data identifying the issued sales order quote and the conversion probability factor may be transmitted over a communications network to a remote application in a form that enables the remote application, when initiating one or more machine-executable processes to allocate resources to fulfill the at least one issued sales order quote, to make use of the transmitted data in executing the processes.
