    Abstract: A tube made of plastic with a body in the wall of the tube which body can be pierced by a hypodermic needle. The body has sealing elements extending therefrom. The tube is molded around the body and sealing elements. A tool is provide which includes an upper and lower portions with the body being initially molded in the upper portion and then the portions are rotated 180 degrees and the tube is then molded around the body.
