Abstract: Extracts and pharmaceuticals form Neobeguea mahafalensis, the procedures for their preparation, and their use for eliciting sexual enhancing effect and for treatment of sexual dysfunction, in particular erectile dysfunction and hypoactive desire disorders are disclosed. The structures of the chemical compounds in these extracts causing sexual enhancing effect, the preparation of these compounds and the pharmaceuticals prepared from them are disclosed.
