  • Publication number: 20230268452
Abstract: In accordance with one or more embodiments herein, a method of manufacturing a photovoltaic (PV) top module, to be used together with a PV bottom module, e.g an SI-based PV bottom module, is provided. The method may include monolithically interconnecting a plurality of thin film based PV sub-cells, manufactured using a perovskite material and/or a CIGS material as solar absorbing material, in series on a substrate in order to create a PV top module including at least one first PV top sub-module, and arranging metal grid lines on top and bottom contact layers of the PV top module. The metal grid lines may be arranged either above or below the top and bottom contact layers of the PV top module.

  • Publication number: 20220186927
Abstract: The present invention relates to a heat recovery system 10, 11, 12 for recovering heat from flue gas generated by combustion at a biomass plant installation. The heat recovery system 10, 11, 12 comprises a flue gas cooler 200 configured to receive flue gas 201 from a combustion and transfer heat from the flue gas 201 to feed water in a heat recovery fluid circuit101. The feed water in the heat recovery fluid circuit101 is taken from and returned to a feed water main system. The feed water main system could be provided with a feed water tank 100to which a heat recovery circuit inlet 112 and a heat recovery circuit outlet are connected. Further, the heat recovery system comprises a waste heat accumulator 300 configured to receive feed water, heated by flue gas 201 in a flue gas cooler 200, and cool by flashing the received feed water in order to generate flash steam, and the heat recovery system 10, 11, 12 comprises a control arrangement 533.

  • Patent number: 8540786
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of producing coatings of metal oxide, nitride or carbide or mixtures thereof, whereby operating a High Power Impulse Magnetron Sputtering, HIPIMS, discharged on one or more target (s) (3), in an argon and reactive gas mixture (5, 6), at peak pulse power higher than 200 Wcm?2, in which the deposition rate is improved and in the need for partial reactive gas pressure feedback systems is eliminated.

  • Publication number: 20030187614
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for adjusting information based on known information about a user. The adjustment is performed in several steps. Before the method is used an object of the system is provided with characteristics. The known information about a user is based on the objects the user has previously interacted with. The first step of the method is that the models (M1, M2, M3) are built up based on the characteristics of the object of the system. A first analysis (I) is carried out for these models together with the known information (II) about the user that provide a result of measuring values (I1, I2, I3) that reflect the relative strength of the model. A second analysis (III) is carried out as a second step of the measuring values the first analysis (I) developed to determine if any of the analyzed models (M1′, M2′, M3′) is significant to the user and if so which model is the most significant.

  • Publication number: 20030154195
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for adapting information to suit a user's behaviour or preferences. The adaptation takes place with automatic optimisation by said user being identified and assigned a group affiliation, in that information is selected based on said group affiliation, in that said user's behaviour is registered, in that said user's behaviour and/or history is analysed, and in that the result of said analysis and other available information is utilised to refine the next information selection for said user.

  • Patent number: 5532052
Abstract: A camouflage material having radar screening properties is comprised of a warp-knitted fabric, so-called Raschel fabric, which includes yarn into which metal fibres have been spun. The yarn is laid with a lay-out technique such that the sum of the extensions of the yarn will be generally the same in each direction in the plane of the fabric. The fabric is suitably stabilized with a sheet that lacks metal fibres, which may either be a yarn layer in the warp-knitted fabric or a through-knitted fabric, preferably a nonwoven fabric coated with a reflective metal layer.
