Processes in which the relationship, concentration, physicochemical conditions at each stage and preparation methods allow to obtain a stabilized soluble product, based on calcium salts and polymers. The present invention does not result in the deposition of crystals of the salts used, and exceeds the commercial calcium formulations so they are of great utility for their application in the food, pharmaceutical and/or cosmetic industry.
