Abstract: A shaped figure designed for suspending apparel accessories such as ties, belts, scarfs and the like wherein the figure comprises a flat plate of injection molded plastic having cutouts configured to form a series of downwardly inclined sets of steps, wherein a lower set is parallel to an upper set. The shaped figure is coated with fluorescent paint. A modification of the above is optionally designed with but one set of steps and the steps converge or diverge toward a centered stem or stems. A support block integral with a hook extends from a centered stem. The block as well as a base and a pair of arcuate sections can be apertured to enable the insertion of a fastener to support the rack.
