The system comprises: a unit in the form of a column with a rectangular profile with four side faces; a unit in the form of an anchoring piece (3) with a substantially rectangular cross section with four side faces. The anchoring piece (3) is to be arranged on a corner of the load carrier. The anchoring piece (3) and the column (2) are mutually adapted, so that the column (2) and the anchoring piece (3) can be inserted in a mutually sliding engagement along their longitudinal axes.

The system comprises columns having a rectangular profile with four side faces, a substantially rectangular shelf of a length which is shorter than the distance between the columns of the load carrier, on which shelf a holder is mounted that can be inserted into complementary slots in the columns of the load carrier, said slots being configured with a support face with which the holder is capable of engaging in such a manner that the holder supports on the column. The columns as such are configured with slots that extend symmetrically about a longitudinally extending center axis of one of the side faces and through the side faces adjacent to that side face.

Abstract: A container base (5) is adapted to receive various types of side-boards owing to a new corner structure. The corner structure is characterized in that coupling means can be inserted in two mutually perpendicular horizontal directions and in a vertical direction. This is achieved in that a pair of pipe profiles (10, 11) has open ends to receive coupling means, and by the provision of a further pipe profile (12) which extends perpendicularly to the pipe profiles (10, 11). The further pipe section is terminated at the same level as or below the lower side wall of the substantially horizontal pipe parts and is secure to the lower wall edges of these. All pipe profiles are located in such a way that they do not prevent introduction of a coupling means into any of the pipe profiles of the corner.
