    Abstract: A combination canopy and fan (10), including an elongate shaft (16), a collapsible, domed canopy (12) mounted on the upper end of the shaft, and a fan assembly (18) mounted on the shaft under the canopy. The fan assembly (18) includes a fan hub (20) mounted axially and rotatably on the shaft, a plurality of fan blades (22) pivotally secured to the fan hub, and a drive motor (24) secured externally to the shaft adjacent the fan hub for driving rotation of the fan hub. The combination canopy and fan includes a power supply source (26) powering the drive motor.
