    Abstract: Methods and apparatus are described for viewing and electing to purchase an item for the purchase price or via a financing option. In one embodiment, the invention displays a purchase price for an item and simultaneously displays financing information for the item wherein the financing information includes a monthly payment. In another embodiment, the invention displays a total purchase price for a selected group; simultaneously displays financing information for the selected group; selects an item to form part of the selected group; and updates the total purchase price and the financing information to reflect the item which is part of the selected group.
