Abstract: A knife assembly, having a blade rotationally engaged therewith, is provided. The assembly is positionable within a handle cavity of a knife handle. The blade is rotatable from a closed position located within a member cavity between two side members to an open position. Spring members formed into the side members deflect within a slot defining them to provide a biasing force to hold a cross bar engaged therewith in either a first indent or second indent on the blade, to hold the blade in the open or closed position. The cross bar is out of contact with the blade in a rear surface edge in between the two detents to allow for easy movement between the open and closed positions.

Abstract: A kettlebell having a housing which is configurable to an as-used configuration by filling a cavity in the housing with fill material. The kettlebell is returnable to a substantially planar stored configuration by emptying the cavity. The fill material can be varied from a group of different fill materials to vary the weight of the kettlebell in the as-used configuration. The housing has straps engaged to minimize twisting of the housing when the handle engaged to the housing is gripped by a user during exercise.
