    Abstract: A fender cover is comprised of a soft resilient layer having one or two resilient non-porous layers attached to the top or bottom of the soft layer. A plurality of spaced apart and linearly aligned magnets is attached to the fender cover for holding the fender cover to a metal surface and for holding tools and other objects that a technician may need. The distances between various magnets is non-symmetric.
