    Abstract: A picture hanging device for use with or without pictures having elongate support means. The device has a curved surface for supporting a picture wire in an unstressed and even manner and adjacent thereto, and a lip and a straight, support surface for supporting a frame directly. The device is fastened to a surface and an article, such as a picture, is then fastened to the device using the curved surface, or straight, support surface.
