The present invention allows a user to incrementally increase the exercising load with a plurality of weights. The plurality of weights is separated between the two pieces and held in place with a pair of weight supports. The plurality of weights is secured on the pair of weight supports with a pair of collar clamps. The collar clamp is an user-friendly device that can be opened by squeezing the sides of the collar clamp and can be closed by releasing the sides of the collar clamp.
