Abstract: A unitized building construction formed of a plurality of pultruded building components adhesively connected. The building components include a ground support foundation, a main perimeter sill beam that is attached to the support columns; structural, foam insulated floor, wall and roof panels; structural corner connectors; a structural one-piece coved “wind spoiler” soffit and fascia tie beam; and, a structural one piece ridge beam. The components are designed to be interconnected with adjacent parts as the building is assembled. These interconnecting parts are bonded together into place using high strength resin adhesives.

Abstract: A bracket for hanging articles. The bracket includes a body portion having at least one side wall and at least one first aperture in which the body portion is attachable to a hanging surface. The bracket also includes a swingable hook. The swingable hook has a hooking portion, at least one side portion and at least one engaging portion in which each engaging portion is attached to one side portion. Each first aperture of the body portion engages at least one end portion of the swingable hook. In addition, each side portion of the hook may frictionally engage an inner surface of each side wall such that the swingable hook is swingably set to a plurality of positions. At least one protrusion located on an inner surface of the side wall may be used as an additional resting place for each side portion of the swingable hook.

Abstract: A device for hanging an article with a portion having magnetic susceptibility, including: a base member for attaching the device to a structure; an engagement structure for engaging the article, wherein the engagement structure is attached to the base member; and a magnetic member coupled to the base member, wherein at least a portion of the magnetic member comprises magnetic material, the magnetic material being positioned on the magnetic member to attract the portion of the article having magnetic susceptibility so as to facilitate the engaging of the article to the engagement structure.

At least a portion of the device includes magnetic material to attract the portion of the article having magnetic susceptibility. The article guiding portion guides the article to the engagement structure so as to facilitate the engaging of the article to the engagement structure.
