  • Publication number: 20130218721
Abstract: The TRANSACTION VISUAL CAPTURING APPARATUSES, METHODS AND SYSTEMS (“TVC”) transform mobile device location coordinate information transmissions, real-time reality visual capturing, and mixed gesture capturing via TVC components into real-time behavior-sensitive product purchase related information, shopping purchase transaction notifications, and electronic receipts. In one implementation, the TVC obtains user check-in information from a user mobile device upon user entry into a store. The TVC extracts a user identifier based on the user check-in information, and accesses a database for a user profile. The TVC determines a user prior behavior pattern from the accessed user profile, and obtains user real-time in-store behavior data from the user mobile device. Using these, the TVC generates and provides a recommendation to the user mobile device. The TVC adds a product for purchase by the user to a cart based on the provided recommendation.

  • Publication number: 20130204841
Abstract: Systems and methods for, among other things, updating a destination data set of hierarchical data in relation to a source set of hierarchical data. The method, in certain embodiments, includes receiving an indication that the source data set has one or more changes, initiating a comparison between the source data set and the destination data set, identifying differences and related hierarchical relationships, and altering the destination data set by performing changes in an order that preserves the hierarchical relationships. The method may use the change notifications as an indicator to start the comparison and restart the comparison upon the receipt of a new notification. By using this method, the two data sets can be kept synchronized while preserving hierarchical relationships between the data elements in an environment where the source data set experiences unpredictable changes and cannot be locked.

  • Patent number: 8504005
Abstract: Aspects relate to temporarily disabling a message or a set of messages based on the detection that an uplink transmission power is reaching maximum power or is at maximum power. The detection can be based on observing that one or more uplink transmissions are near, or at, the maximum power. The message or set of messages that are disabled can be a non-call critical message(s), such as a non-signaling radio bearer related message(s). Disabling the message or set of messages can conserve resources, which can be utilized for call critical messages, which can include signaling radio bearer related messages, call maintenance messages, voice communications, and so forth. Disabling the message or set of messages can also mitigate the chances of a call being disconnected due to power demands that exceed the maximum power available.
