Abstract: In an absorption refrigerator having a non-electric boiler heating system, a box having a coolable interior and a side at which refrigerating equipment is mounted, the refrigerating equipment including a boiler and a heating burner located adjacent the boiler for heating the same, electrically energizable blower means carried by the box, and thermocouple means mounted within heating range of the heating burner, the thermocouple means being electrically connected to the blower means for energizing the latter with electricity generated in the thermocouple means by the heating burner.
