    Abstract: An extrusion method is shown using an extrusion device, comprises an extruder housing, having a cylindrical interior wall and a cylindrical rotor rotatable in the wall at spaced relationship from the interior wall of the housing, so as to define an extrusion passage therebetween which connects at one end to an inlet, and at an opposite end to an outlet, which has an extrusion control device located to close a portion of the extrusion passage. The construction also includes at least one second extrusion control device located in the passage between the outlet and the inlet, which is regulated to close at least a portion of the extrusion passage before the extruded material moves through the outlet.
