Abstract: A continuous rotary machine for filling capsules with pharmaceutical or nutraceutical products is provided with a hopper to contain a pharmaceutical or nutraceutical product in powder delimited by a bottom wall having a plurality of dosing chambers, each of which is fed along a ring-shaped path, and cooperates with a compacting piston movable along the dosing chamber in order to compact the product along a first segment of the ring-shaped path and to discharge only part of the product inside a corresponding capsule along a second segment of the ring-shaped path.

Abstract: An apparatus to fill and package capsules in bottles is provided with a dosing line having a dosing unit to feed at least one pharmaceutical or nutraceutical product into the capsules, a pocket conveyor to move the capsules through the dosing unit, and an output station to release the capsules containing the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical product from the pocket conveyor, and a packaging line having a conveyor device to move, in succession, the bottles through a packaging station connected to the output station so as to receive each capsule released by the pocket conveyor and feed it into a respective bottle.

Abstract: An intermittent rotary machine for filling capsules with pharmaceutical or nutraceutical products is provided with a dosing disc, which delimits a hopper at the bottom for containing a pharmaceutical or nutraceutical powder product and has at least a group of dosing chambers, which are fed first of all through at least one compacting station, in the area of which the product contained in each dosing chamber is compacted by a respective compacting piston, and then through an expulsion station, in the area of which only part of the product contained in each dosing chamber is discharged into a respective capsule by a respective expelling piston.

Abstract: A feeding assembly to fill capsules with granules, in particular microgranules, has a filling drum, which is provided with a plurality of fillers, each defined by a respective suction pipe, which can be connected to a pneumatic sucking device and has a lower end to pick up/release the granules; the lower end of each suction pipe being closed by a closing element provided with a plurality of openings, each designed so as to prevent the granules from getting into the suction pipe.

Abstract: A measuring device for a capsule filler machine for pharmaceutical capsules comprising at least one block, provided with a plurality of seats, suitable to house a plurality of bottoms of capsules to be filled is provided. The block is provided with capacitive electronic devices, which are suited to detect parameters concerning the tare of each bottom, parameters concerning the quantities and the types of the products inserted into each bottom, and parameters concerning the filling/emptying of the seats, so as to control, in particular, the filling steps carried out to fill the capsule bottoms with the products.

The engine imparts to the chuting means movements which are proportional to an electric signal controlled by an electronic control unit. Abstract: A machine for filling bottles with solid forms of pharmaceutical products is provided with a plurality of discharge ducts, each of which feeds a plurality of the solid forms from a containing tank into a corresponding bottle and cooperates with a deviating device, which is movable between a first operating position, in which the deviating device is arranged so as to allow the solid forms to be fed along the discharge duct and into the bottle, and a second operating position, in which the deviating device is arranged so as to prevent the solid forms from being fed along the discharge duct and into the bottle.

Abstract: The bottom shell of a capsule is filled with at least two products, contained in respective tanks, by means of a metering device, which has a metering chamber for receiving a given quantity of product from each tank; and a transfer chamber, which receives and transfers the product from the metering chamber to the bottom shell, and has a weighing device for weighing the product inside the transfer chamber.
