The second MOSFET has a gate, a source and a drain. The MOSFET circuit also includes a controller configured to supply a same control signal to the gate of the first MOSFET and the gate of the second MOSFET to turn on or turn off the first MOSFET and the second MOSFET when a drain-source voltage of the first MOSFET and a drain-source voltage of the second MOSFET are substantially zero.     Abstract: According to some aspects of the present disclosure, open loop bi-directional converters and corresponding control methods are disclosed. Example open loop bi-directional converters include a transformer, one or more primary switches coupled to a primary side of the transformer, one or more secondary switches coupled to a secondary side of the transformer, an input capacitor coupled to an input terminal, an output capacitor coupled to an output terminal, and a primary side controller operable to control the one or more primary switches in an open loop mode at a fixed frequency and a fixed duty cycle. The open loop bi-directional converter is coupled to provide current from the secondary side of the transformer to the primary side of the transformer automatically when the voltage of the input capacitor is reduced below the voltage of the output capacitor.
