  • Publication number: 20140111045
Abstract: A rotary drive has a first body with a toothing system that runs along a first circular circumference about a first rotational axis, a second body with a toothing system that runs along a second circular circumference about the first rotational axis, and a converter with a first toothing system that runs along a circular circumference at a first spacing about a second rotational axis, and a second toothing system that runs coaxially with respect to the first toothing system along a circular circumference at a second spacing, and having at least two actuators with directions of action which are not parallel to one another, by which actuators the converter can be displaced in each case in one direction. The converter can be displaced by the two actuators such that the second rotational axis runs along a circular path around the first rotational axis.

  • Publication number: 20130134803
Abstract: The present invention relates to an electromechanical motor, comprising a rotor, which is rotatable about an axis of rotation, at least one drive element, which can be displaced so as to revolve about the axis of rotation such that the rotor is rotatable by displacement of the drive element, at least two actuators, each with a first effective element, with which a force acting in one effective direction can be exerted onto a second effective element, wherein the first and the corresponding second effective element are not interconnected, and wherein the drive element can be displaced for rotation of the rotor as a result of the effect of the force of the at least two actuators.

  • Patent number: 5182578
Abstract: In an ink jet printer, the ink is warmed by a heating device comprising a temperature sensor element and a voltage regulator component as a heating element, this being arranged on the write head carrier; the heating element is supplied with a constant load current via a regulating circuit until an adjustable operating temperature is reached; the heating energy for warming the ink is offered via the dissipated heat of the heating element.

  • Patent number: 4727012
Abstract: A print head of an ink jet printer is formed by a multilayer structure composed of a plurality of individual photoplastic films, segments of such films having a prescribed contour being removed by a photo-chemical treatment being defined on the individual photoplastic films in successive lamination procedures by the use of masks through which such photoplastic films are exposed. Passivation of unexposed films takes place after every lamination procedure by applying a light-absorbing solution. A three-dimensional structure is built up employing photoplastic films having thicknesses in the range between 10 .mu.m to 50 .mu.m and one or more masks having light transmissive regions which define a desired cross-section for the interior passages of the print head.

  • Patent number: 4716422
Abstract: The invention relates to a mechanism for rinsing the nozzles and the ink channels in the print head of an ink printer. A hose pump is composed of a revolute member which is driven by a drive element for the purpose of rinsing; for that purpose, the shaft of the drive element engages via a plug-in coupling and drives the revolute member; at least one puck is rotatably seated in the surface region of the revolute member; as the result of the puck, ink is pumped into the ink channels and nozzles of the print head at every revolution in a clock-wise direction; the drive can ensue motor-driven or manually.

  • Patent number: 4554450
Abstract: In a device for determining the angle of rotation of a rotating member by use of a perforated disk which corotates with the rotating member and intermittently interrupts a continuous beam of light directed at the perforations of the disk, an improvement comprises providing perforations of the disk which define light permeable and light impermeable areas such that a width of the light permeable areas is less than a width of the light impermeable areas, and a width of the light permeable areas is approximately the same as a width of an aperture at a light receiving station. A symmetrical output signal is obtainable so as to increase a resolution of the angle of rotation measurement.

  • Patent number: 4511797
Abstract: A d.c. motor positions printing mechanisms. A circuit arrangement is provided in which a scanner disc, having peripheral slots, is arranged on the shaft of the motor and the slots are scanned by a scanner and counted in the positive direction and in the negative direction by a counter so that the position of the printing mechanism is determined. When the d.c. motor is decelerated and a generator voltage arises, the direction is determined by a rotation direction discriminator which evaluates the generator voltage and the zero transition thereof in the event of a change in the rotation direction of the d.c. motor. To control the direction of counting of the counter.
