  • Patent number: 6032803
Abstract: A bulk material separator having an at least substantially coaxial arrangement, includes an essentially rotationally symmetric, vertically oriented separator jacket (1) having in the upper section (11) an exit port (12) for air and light bulk material fractions and a narrowing section (15) followed by an expanding guide funnel (14), a downwardly oriented bulk material feed tube (2) extending into the top of the separator jacket (1) and ending in the region of the narrowing section (13), a displacement body (5) arranged coaxial with the bulk material feed tube (2) and arranged at least in the region of the guide funnel (14) and having an upwardly pointing conical tip (51), a container (6) having a separator air inlet port (61) and surrounding the guide funnel (14) and the displacement body (5). The bulk material feed tube (2) has a conically expanding mouth region (23), and the conical tip (51) of the displacement body (5) is immersed at least partially in this mouth region (23).

  • Patent number: 5352019
Abstract: A motor vehicle seat includes a longitudinal guide with a locking mechanism with a release device for locking and unlocking the locking mechanism in an engaged and in an unengaged position to allow movement of the seat. The backrest can be tipped forward and is connected to the locking mechanism. The locking mechanism unlocks when the backrest is tipped forward and for allowing manual movement of the motor vehicle seat in a longitudinal direction. A memory device serves to find the previously engaged position of the locking mechanism.

  • Patent number: 5338119
Abstract: A longitudinal guide for a seat sliding device for vehicle seats includes two elongated tracks that slide relative to each other. A guide is arranged between the tracks, there being at least two guides when viewed from the profile of the longitudinal guide, of which at least one is constructed using roller bodies. One track embraces the other track. The tracks are interconnected so that they will not separate. The tracks are positioned in an adjoined, preloaded manner. The tracks are manufactured of steel sheet containing at least 0.35% carbon content and are heat treated after they are complete.

  • Patent number: 4581051
Abstract: Illustrated and described is an apparatus for the separation of liquid drops or particulate solids from a gas stream comprising a plurality of parallel separator plates, a flow passage being formed between every two separator plates, each separator plate having at least one wave crest disposed approximately in its center and two wave troughs disposed at its edge on the inlet side and the outlet side, respectively, and forming an inlet section and an outlet section, respectively, as well as impingement-wall sections formed between the wave crest and the wave troughs, a main phase-separator chamber open in a direction counter to the direction of the gas flow being formed externally on the wave crest. In accordance with the invention, high separation efficiency with low pressure drop or low energy loss is obtained by providing an inlet nozzle formed in the inlet section, the gas stream being directable by means of the inlet nozzle onto the region on the inlet side of the opposite impingement-wall section.
