  • Publication number: 20250011074
Abstract: A bulk solids container can include a bag to hold the bulk solid, a rigid base to support the bag, and rods extending up from the base to the top of the bag. The rods provide vertical structural integrity to the sides of the bag. The base can include a sloped upper surface sloping down towards a discharge opening located near the center of the base and aeration openings that inhibit or prevent the bulk solids from clogging the discharge opening during removal of the bulk solids from the bag. When the bag is empty, the bag and the rods can be collapsed and fit on top of the upper surface of the base. The container can be transported back to a fill facility to be reused.

  • Patent number: 12060764
Abstract: A method may comprise introducing an ultrasonic device into a wellbore with a cement slurry therein; generating ultrasonic waves with the ultrasonic device, wherein at least a portion of the ultrasonic waves are transmitted into at least a portion of the cement slurry; creating cavitation within at least the portion of the cement slurry with at least the portion of the ultrasonic waves; and allowing the cement slurry to set to form a hardened mass.

  • Publication number: 20240261747
Abstract: The system, in one aspect, includes a first bulk storage container for holding a first bulk dry flowable material having a first dispensing assembly coupled with a first outlet, and a second bulk storage container for holding a second bulk dry flowable material having a second dispensing assembly coupled with the second outlet. The system, in one aspect, may further include a mixed storage vessel, as well as a controller in communication with the first dispensing assembly and the second dispensing assembly, the controller programmed to cause the first dispensing assembly to discharge the first amount of the first dry flowable material to the mixed storage vessel and cause the second dispensing assembly to discharge the second amount of the second dry flowable material to the mixed storage vessel over a comparable time period based upon weight based readings the controller receives from first and second load cells.

  • Patent number: 11741275
Abstract: A system and method including modeling wellbore conditions and plug properties to predetermine the dissolution time of a plug under wellbore conditions for use in a well operation. The system and method provide an estimate of how long a dissolvable plug will remain viable based on its composition and the conditions in the wellbore. Once a plug has been selected or once wellbore conditions have been determined, the plug and/or conditions can be tested in the lab to confirm suitability prior to use downhole.
