The tappet is supported against an element fixed to the machine by means of at least one tappet drive piston unit, which is fixedly connected to an opposite element that is also fixed to the machine by means of at least two guide columns, the other tool clamping plate being disposed in said element, whereby the tappet can be displaced along the guide column.
