  • Publication number: 20070296212
Abstract: The coupling piece 1 is formed as a two-component injection molded part of two housing parts. A first housing part 32 is comprised of a hard thermoplastic synthetic material and a second housing part 34 is comprised of a soft elastomer synthetic material. This second housing part 34 is directed toward an entry opening 5 on coupling piece 1, through which an end of a corrugated tubing is slid into the coupling piece 1. The second housing part 34 includes on the inside sealing elements 38, which seal the corrugated tubing. On the first housing part 32 are located resilient shell segments 20 with retaining elements 22, these retaining elements 22 engaging into the shell of the corrugated tubing end.

  • Patent number: 6464263
Abstract: A corrugated-pipe connector has a locking portion with a lip on one side of the locking portion facing the corrugated pipe. The locking portion in the closed condition of the connector is opposite to an interlocking portion. The lip extends along the locking portion and for more than 180° C. of the corrugated pipe circumference between two adjacent corrugated pipe corrugations. The end portions of the lip are closer to each other relative to the symmetric plane than the furthest spaced apart inner contours of the lip which are opposite to each other.

  • Patent number: 6349980
Abstract: The connecting element (1) is equipped in the region of a connecting portion (5) with a seal (7) which is fixedly connected with the housing (3) of the connecting element (1). Staying elements (9) protect the seal (7) against undue pressing forces. Between the housing (3) and one end of a corrugated pipe (2) a seal (12) is also disposed, which is nondetachably connected with the inner shell (14) of the housing (3) of the connecting element (1).

  • Patent number: 6254145
Abstract: The connecting component or the connecting fitting (1) comprises at least one locking element which can be shifted-in and shifted-out radially to the longitudinal axis (14) of the fitting (1). The locking element is, for example, connected as a wing (7) via a hinge (22) with the fitting (1) or forms an additional element. On the inside face (10) of the locking element (7) are disposed a multiplicity of locking splice-clips (12) which are resilient. When a pipe end is slid into the fitting (1) with the locking elements (7) closed, these locking splice-clips (12) can be deflected. When load is applied against the insertion direction they become clawed in the pipe jacket. This embodiment permits the shifting-in or dosing of the locking elements (7) in a preassembly step and yet ensures a secure connection. The release of the connection through the radial shifting-out of the locking elements (7) is possible at any time.

  • Patent number: 6087600
Abstract: This keypad for the input of control commands comprises a membrane keypad, a carrier, a keypad base and a key module. The switching operation, initiated by keys, takes place in a closed unit in the form of a carrier which encloses the keypad base and the membrane keypad. The switching contacts are located within the membrane keypad which is sealed against moisture, whereby the actual performance of the switching command take place within the sealed membrane keypad, switching plungers of the keypad base having only an actuating function. The sealed unit in the form of the carrier considerably eases installation in that the keypad base and the membrane keypad can be pre-installed in the carrier at the factory the key module can be placed over them at the installation site.

  • Patent number: 5713763
Abstract: The connection device (1) serves for introducing a shielded cable (3) into a housing (2). The connection device (1) comprises a holding element (8) and a core part (7). The core part (7) is electrically conducting and connected with the housing (2). It is equipped at the inner end (13) with a fastening mechanism for the end (18) of the conducting sheath (6) of the cable (3). As holding element (8) can be present connection armourings for corrugated tubing (5), clamping screw connections for cables or other connection devices, In connection with the core part (7) they ensure the secure and simple connection of the shielded cable (3). The conducting sheath (6) of the cable (3) can be part of the cable or be guided loosely about the cable (3).

  • Patent number: 5407236
Abstract: In a housing (3) of an attachment piece (1), at least one hollow core space (5) for receiving one end of a corrugated tube (2) is available. In this hollow core space (5) between the corrugated tube (2) and the housing (3), a sleeve (4) is disposed into which the end of the corrugated tube (2) is inserted. On this sleeve (4) elastic elements (15, 16) are present which are pressed toward an axis (29) of the attachment piece (1), through an outer ring (23) on the housing (3). At least one of the elastic elements (15, 16) is equipped with one positioning element (20) and a locking element (24), with these elements (20, 24) engaging an aperture (21) in the housing (3). The connection between corrugated tube (2) and housing (3) can only be broken with an auxiliary tool and is therefore protected against unintentional detachment.
