    Abstract: The invention provides pharmacological compositions comprising PDE-5 and PDE-4 inhibitors, alone or in combination, for the treatment of urological disorders comprising Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH), Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (LUTS) and in particular irritative symptoms caused by BPH-induced bladder outlet obstruction (BOO).
