  • Patent number: 5291768
Abstract: A marker plate receptacle, formed by two plates pivotably connected with each other via a film hinge, in which a marker plate is received. A tongue is formed in one piece on the lower end of one of the two plates. It has a hook which can be put over a wall extending perpendicularly to the surface of the inside of the plate and around a through hole. Once the marker plate is inserted and the hook of the tongue, on which a key is placed, is put over the annular wall, the two plates are folded together. The tongue is then form-fittingly maintained between the two plates and the plates themselves are maintained by a form-fitting ridge formed on the annular wall, which extends through the through hole in the rear plate. The form fit is additionally improved with ribs engaging grooves.

  • Patent number: 4790036
Abstract: A toilet seat (27) is provided with a slide housing (26) comprising nozzles for spraying and/or applying water and/or disinfecting liquid. It comprises at least one wiper for drying the surface of the seat (27). The slide housing (26) is placed over a segment of the seat (27), which then, while being sprayed by the nozzles, is driven in the circumferential direction by at least one electric motor. The entire operation is started up manually by actuating the lever (2) of the flushing water cistern (1), and subsequently is controlled by the control electronics (27) until the cleaning of the seat (27) has been completed. The energy is obtained by a turbine (11), which is mechanically connected to a low-voltage direct-current generator (13), and is driven by the water filling the flushing water cistern (11). The actual flushing water, therefore, flows at the normal kinetic energy into the toilet; the hydraulic resistance of the turbine (11) is not switched on while the flushing water flows into the toilet bowl.

  • Patent number: 4129141
Abstract: The scram valve has a closing piston which can be controlled by a pilot valve in a pressure medium supply line to the closing piston. The pilot valve has a control piston which is spring biased on one side and connected on the other side with the flow of medium in the outlet spigot of the scram valve. Thus, should the pressure in the outlet spigot drop, the control piston moves to open the pressure medium supply line to the closing piston. In addition, this supply line is connected at the upstream end to the scram valve casing upstream of the valve seat so that the pressure of the medium flowing through the scram valve aids in the closing of this valve.

  • Patent number: 3972167
Abstract: A wall system comprises a plurality of supporting frames and a plurality of wall panels associated in pairs with each respective frame. The two panels of each pair are interconnected in the regions of their upright marginal portions so as to extend in mutual parallelism and to define a space in which the upright supports of the associated frame are accommodated with clearance from each of the panels. An insulating member is accommodated between one upright support and one of the panels, and another insulating member is accommodated between the other upright support and the other panel.

  • Patent number: 3968970
Abstract: The pressure springs for biasing the yoke and sleeve against the packing are mounted within an assembly unit formed by an annular carrier and a cap nut. The cap nut is threaded onto the housing while the annular carrier carries two bolts which pass through the yoke. Upon turning of the nuts on these bolts against the yoke, the annular carrier is moved toward the yoke to compress the springs while the yoke and sleeve are moved against the packing to compress the packing.
