Abstract: An ignition terminal built for connection to a spark plug or igniter includes an insulating housing composed of polyphenylene sulfide extending outward from conductive structures within the ignition terminal. The ignition terminal may be an extender that is used to move a point of connection of an ignition cable to the spark plug or igniter outward, so that such a connection can be easily made, or the ignition terminal may be at an end of the ignition cable itself that is directly connected to the spark plug or igniter.

Abstract: A face mask assembly (FMA) for supplying breathable gas to a wearer. The face mask assembly (FMA) includes a mask frame including a support, a facial cushion attached to the mask frame, and a forehead support. The forehead support includes a forehead cushion assembly and an adjustment knob operatively coupled to the forehead cushion assembly. The adjustment knob is threadably engaged with the forehead cushion assembly such that turning movement of the adjustment knob causes the mask frame to be moved between retracted and extended positions with respect to the forehead cushion assembly.

Abstract: A system and method for delivering editorial content via at least one distribution network. The system includes an operations center that receives editorial content items and for modifies the editorial content items to a standard format for presentation via an electronic program guide (EPG). The EPG is associated with an editorial content index page including pointers to modified editorial content items. At leasta portion of the modified editorial content items are adapted for local subscriber storage.

Abstract: A compartmentalized laundry bag for washing and drying small laundry items. The bag includes a collapsible mesh body having a closeable top portion, a bottom portion and a central portion. A flexible mesh bottom wall is connected to the bottom portion of the mesh body and further includes first, second, third, and fourth mesh partition walls which are disposed interiorly of the mesh body and are interconnected together at a location proximate the axial center line of the mesh body. The laundry bag also includes a drawstring arrangement for closing the top portion of the mesh body.

Abstract: A connector within an igniter cable, configured for attachment to the high voltage terminal of an exciter, includes a contact terminal attached to the wire within the cable, having a number of flexible contact members to engage a pin within the high voltage terminal, and a latching sleeve, with the contact terminal and the latching sleeve being installed from opposite ends of an insulating tube. Flexible latching members of the latching sleeve engage a latching surface of the contact terminal to prevent inward movement of the contact terminal within the insulating tube when the pin within the high voltage terminal is engaged.

A user selects a pointer to an editorial content item from the set of pointers and the editorial content item is presented on the display device.

Abstract: A system and method for use in a cable network to acquire electronic programming guide (EPG) content signals from one or more EPG vendors. The system includes a set-top box (STB) for receiving cable signals and EPG signals from a headend controller so that the STB can output the signals to a media output device for display. A conversion table is provided to each STB for use by the STB in determining source IDs associated with a given channel for each EPG vendor, the source IDs for use in acquiring the EPG content signals.

Abstract: A belly door for a gaming machine includes a frame for receiving a sheet of artwork and a light reflective chamber having an open face which is located behind the frame when in a closed position. Clamping means are provided for clamping the artwork between the frame and the chamber. A recess extends along one edge of the chamber including sockets for receiving a fluorescent light tube when the chamber is in the closed position. A diffuser panel is disposed in the chamber behind the artwork located so as to be edge lit by the fluorescent light tube. The reverse face of the panel, which in use, faces the rear wall of the chamber defines a series of white opaque dots which in use, diffuse and direct the light in a forward direction perpendicular to the plane of the panel. The size of the dots in the panel increases with the distance of the dots from the fluorescent light tube. This arrangement ensures that the light panel produces a very evenly balanced lighting of the artwork.

Abstract: A hinge assembly for a gaming machine including a hinge pin fixed to a door of the gaming machine and a outer sleeve fixed to a belly door frame. The outer sleeve includes first and second arms and is partially annular in cross-section defining a first gap between opposing ends of the arms. A pin element is fixed to a light chamber located behind the belly door frame and rotatably mounted inside the outer sleeve. A second gap is defined between free ends of the pin element. When the pin element is rotated to a particular orientation with respect to the outer sleeve, the first and second gaps align to allow the pin element and outer sleeve element to be simultaneously mounted around the hinge pin. Relative rotation of the pin element and outer sleeve misaligns the gaps thereby inhibiting the pin element and outer sleeve from becoming disengaged.

Abstract: The present invention comprises a system, method and software for automatically flagging one or more channels broadcast over a distribution network as a favorite channel that comprises monitoring input commands by a user through the use of an input device to detect a command from the user to tune a channel. An identifier for the channel is recorded and an indicator of the number of times that the channel has been tuned is incremented. The identifiers with the top indicators are selected for inclusion within the list of automatic favorite channels.

Abstract: A closure device and method includes a mounting member, a cap member and an actuator. The mounting member may be removably secured proximately to a container opening. The actuator is manually operable to move the cap member to open and close an opening in the container and is biased by a spring so that the cap member closes the opening but is movable to an open position. The closure device is especially adapted as part of a writing instrument that has a body to receive contents for dispensing, such as a marker. The mounting member may be annular piece that engages a neck of the container with the actuator being a pair of angled, parallel levers that pivot on the mounting member. In one embodiment, the cap member may be latched in the open position.

Abstract: A method for competitively sealed bidding on debt obligations over a computer network is provided. The method includes inputting data into the computer network. The data associated with a debt obligation desired by a borrower including a bid due date. The method includes inputting data into the computer network, the data associated with a bid including a rate of the debt obligation by a lender to underwrite the debt obligation desired by the borrower. The method further includes concealing from the borrower until the bid due date at least a portion the rate of the debt obligation bid by the lender on the computer network. A system for competitively sealed bidding on debt obligations over a computer network is also provided.

Abstract: A driving system provides a track on which a plurality of electric carts may race. A charging station with a driveway is located proximately to the track so that the carts can be driven onto charging areas of the charging station and parked. Electrical terminals built into the charging areas are then contacted to recharge the carts. The track preferably has a wax layer on which the carts travel. The charging station is preferably a platform with an upper support surface, and electric cables are disposed below the upper surface and are thus protected against contact by the carts. The electrical contact on each cart may be provided by a movable arm that extends to engage the electrical terminals of the charging system. The carts are preferably provided with two independent motors, respectively, for forward and reverse motion.

Abstract: A durable, effective foam suppressant composition produced through free-radical polymerization of mixtures of polydiorganosiloxanes, silica and a free radical polymerization initiator, and optionally, vinyl monomer(s) and pendant vinyl modified silicone oil, followed by dilution of the resulting reaction product with a low viscosity polysiloxane is disclosed. Also disclosed are methods for its production and use in suppressing foams in liquid mediums.
