Abstract: The present invention resides in a multi-function tool which combines a staple remover with a letter opener and a screwdriver. The letter opener is formed integrally with the elongated body of the staple remover. The screwdriver has a removable shaft including a slotted drive end and a crosshead drive end on a hex-shaft which is insertable into a mated hex cavity on the body of the staple remover.

Abstract: A golf bag includes a base having a shaft. A pair of wheel assemblies are attachable to, and removable from the shaft. Each wheel assembly includes a wheel and an axle that fits within the shaft such that each wheel is extendable away from, and retractable towards, the base along a common axis. In another embodiment, a golf bag may be motorized.

Abstract: A bag including a bag body having an inlet and defining a storage compartment, and a resiliently flexible strap attached to the bag body and biased to extend away from the bag body to facilitate insertion of an arm therethrough. A spring member, such as a strip of resiliently flexible material, extends substantially the length of the strap, such as in a sleeve or padding thereof. A fastener may be used to attach the strap adjacent to the bag body so as to substantially close an opening between the strap and the bag body.

Abstract: A golf bag pull cart includes a support frame having a base and a spine extending upwardly from the base. An arm having a handle at one end is pivotally attached to the spine so as to position the handle adjacent to the spine in a folded carrying position and away from the spine in an extended position. A pair of wheels are rotatably affixed to the frame adjacent to the base and are extendable away from and retractable towards the base. The base includes wheel recesses which at least partially accept the retracted wheels. In one embodiment, the support frame is integrally formed with a golf bag. In another embodiment, the golf bag rests on the base and spine of the support frame with straps securing it in place.

Abstract: An apparatus for removing staples including first and second jaws pivotally connected at their first ends, and first and second wedging elements connected to second ends of the jaws. First and second platforms are attached to the respective first and second jaws. Each platform has a planar pressing surface and a planar pressing stub extending laterally from opposing sides of the platform, such that the planar surfaces and the stubs of the first and second platforms generally face one another. The jaws include notches formed on an inner edges thereof for the grasping of staples. The apparatus further includes first and second gripping elements attached to and extending laterally from the first and second jaws so as to face one another for the removal of difficult-to-remove staples.

Abstract: A letter opener is coupled to a body of a writing instrument to form a unique combination. The letter opener includes a frame having a tapered finger protrusion extending therefrom and defining a paper accepting channel which has a cutting element positioned therein. The letter opener may include fasteners for removably attaching the frame of the letter opener to the writing instrument, or the letter opener may be formed integrally with the elongated body of the writing instrument.

Abstract: A staple remover is provided with first and second jaws pivotally connected for rotation about a single axis having wedging elements for prying a staple away from a stapled article. The remover may include gripping elements for grasping a partially disengaged or sheared staple. A letter opening is provided on one of the jaws for insertion into an envelope and slitting the same for opening the envelope.

Abstract: A staple remover is provided with first and second jaws which are pivotably connected for rotation about a single axis with the first and second jaws having wedging elements for prying a staple away from a stapled article, gripping elements for grasping opposing sides of a partially disengaged or sheared staple, at least one wire engaging edge for cutting wire, and arms to provide the operator with increased leverage.
