  • Patent number: 11314154
Abstract: A broadcast camera is provided that includes a camera housing having connectable camera housing portions to define a front, middle and rear sections of a camera body. An electronic component is provided in the front section of the camera housing and a power transformer is mounted in the rear section of the camera housing. A duct housing is mounted within the camera housing to form a cooling duct that extends through the camera housing, with a front duct housing that is positioned adjacent to the electronic component and that separates the electronic component from the cooling duct. Moreover, heat sinks extend within the cooling duct in one of the upper, middle and lower front duct sections and are mounted to be in thermal communication with the at least one electronic component. A fan is mounted within the cooling duct to draw air into the cooling duct.

  • Patent number: 8953797
Abstract: A method, an apparatus, and a computer program product for configuring audiovisual equipment. An image captured by an imaging sensor of a camera may comprise an encoded pattern that includes information that can unlock a feature or function of a camera or other audiovisual equipment the information is extracted from the encoded pattern using an image processor of the camera, or communicatively coupled to the camera. The information may comprise encrypted information which may be decrypted using a unique identifier of the camera. The information may be transmitted to downstream audiovisual equipment and may be used to unlock features and functions of other devices. The other devices may include another camera.

  • Patent number: 8363171
Abstract: A monitor mounting assembly (1) has a first hinge (2) arranged in a recess (3) of a housing (4). A monitor (6) is arranged flush with the housing (4) inside the recess (3) in a first position. The monitor (6) can be arranged in a second position by rotating the monitor (6) around the axis of rotation (7) of the first hinge (2). The angle of rotation of the first hinge (2) lies essentially between 0° and 90° degrees. A second hinge (11) is provided that has an axis of rotation (12) in a plane essentially parallel to the axis of rotation (7) of the first hinge (2). The second hinge (11) is arranged outside the recess (3) of the housing (4) when the first hinge (2) is substantially fully opened. A swivel joint (31) may be provided for rotating the monitor (6) around an axis of rotation (32) orthogonal to the axes of rotation of the first and the second hinge (7, 12).

  • Publication number: 20070050795
Abstract: A disk drive unit comprises a disk casing in which a disk is adapted to be rotated and a mounting frame resiliently connected to said disk casing by a plurality of springs. The springs extend from respective points of application at the disk casing towards a common plane which extends through said disk casing. In particular, the springs of a corner cross each other at least for two corners.
