  • Publication number: 20200223049
Abstract: An impact tool for machining workpieces has an impact mechanism which is arranged in a housing and is suitable for transmitting an oscillating movement to a machining tip arranged in an axial direction, wherein the impact mechanism can be displaced against the housing between a lower stop point and an upper stop point in the axial direction, wherein a device for generating a constant or variable contact pressure of the machining tip is arranged between the housing and the impact mechanism, such that after a prestressing path of the impact mechanism from the lower stop point, the machining tip is additionally subjected to the contact pressure.

  • Patent number: 7293977
Abstract: The aim of the invention is to produce concrete moulded blocks, using a mould which is subjected to a vibrating process. Said mould comprises a frame (FR) and a moulding insert (FE) which is maintained therein. A device comprising receiving elements arranged in said moulding insert (FE) for receiving a displacement sensor (SE) is provided, in addition to an arrangement comprising said device and at least one sensor. The invention discloses advantageous embodiments and arrangements of said receiving elements. The arrangement of the sensor (SE) on the moulding insert (FE) is particularly advantageous and provides an additional displacement variable for relative displacement between the moulding insert and the frame by combining the displacement variables of a sensor (SE) on the moulding insert (FE) and a sensor (SE) on the frame (FR).

  • Patent number: 7172404
Abstract: The invention relates to the production of multi-layered concrete moulded bodies in a moulding machine comprising a moulding insert having a plurality of mould cavities. Relief structures are arranged in the lateral walls of the mould cavities and are dimensioned in such a way that projections formed on the moulded body when the filled concrete material is compacted engage in the relief structures, thereby creating sufficient retaining force for compensating the net weight of the moulded body and enabling the moulded bodied to be extracted from the mould cavities as a result of additional demoulding forces and causing elastic deformation of the projections without any material being cut off from the projections.

  • Publication number: 20060081759
Abstract: Disclosed is an arrangement for producing molded concrete bricks, comprising an insert (EI) that is disposed in an insert support which is fastened within a molding machine. Said arrangement is provided with an advantageous structure in the form of a hollow case that encompasses recesses (AP) so as to insert the arrangement into a base plate (GP) and a cover plate (DP). More specifically, the invention relates to particularly advantageous embodiments for producing the insert (EI) from folded metal sheets, fixing the insert (EI) inside the insert support, and fastening the insert support within the molding machine.

  • Patent number: 7004442
Abstract: A mold frame for an apparatus for producing shaped concrete articles has two longitudinal and two transverse frame members which are detachably screwed to one another with form-fit on the four corners of the rectangular mold frame. The transverse frame members on their end faces have polygonal pins which fit closely into the correspondingly shaped recesses of the longitudinal frame members to resist torsional movement. The polygonal pins and recesses are penetrated by one locking screw at a time with which the mold frame is braced in itself. A mold insert which has several mold cavities is braced within the mold frame by a tongue and groove connection. The form-fit screw connection between the longitudinal and transferse frame members makes it possible to accommodate the very high forces and torques which are formed by shaking vibrations during the molding process.

  • Patent number: 6843461
Abstract: The side walls of a mold have recesses in each of which is mounted a mold core for forming depressions on the outer side of a concrete block which is to be produced in this mold. The mold cores are pivotally supported around a horizontal axis which is parallel to the mold walls on the outer side of the mold. A sloping cam slot on each mold core is used to pivot the mold cores into the mold cavity defined by the mold walls and then back into the recess. The inner edges of a recess closely fit the mold core and function as strippers which self-clean all surfaces of the mold core which have come into contact with the concrete when the mold core is pivoted back into its recess. As a result, time intervals for cleaning the mold cores are greatly lengthened and a clean and smooth surface of the finished concrete block is insured.

  • Publication number: 20020109265
Abstract: The process produces concrete blocks with different thicknesses of the core concrete and facing concrete in a single mold. To change the height of the core concrete layer and the facing concrete layer, the vertically movable bottom parts of the multichamber mold are first moved into the first vertical position. After the mold is filled with the core concrete the bottom parts together with the core concrete and the lowered pressure plates are moved down into the second vertical position for precompaction. After precompaction, the pressure plates are raised and the mold cavities are filled with the facing concrete. For subsequent finish-compaction the two concrete layers together with the bottom parts and the pressure plates are moved down until the top edge of the bottom parts is at the same height with the bottom edge of the mold. After finish-compaction the bottom parts are moved horizontally to the outside under the mold and finished concrete block is removed from the mold.

  • Patent number: 6402499
Abstract: A vibration drive particularly suited for a mold for producing concrete molded bodies comprises of at least one piezoelectric vibration exciter which is fixedly attached onto the mold. The vibration exciter comprises a housing in which an unbalance mass is movably supported and is drivingly connected to a piezoelement which is also located in the housing to produce vibration. When an AC voltage is applied to the vibration exciter a deformation movement occurs which is converted into an oscillating motion of the unbalance mass and which thus produces vibrations of the mold.

  • Patent number: 6342750
Abstract: The vibration drive for a mold for producing concrete mold bodies has four piezoelectric vibration exciters which are located in the four corner areas of a vibrating table of a molding machine and connected to the machine frame. A vertically movable mold with several mold cavities which are open to the top and bottom is deposited on the vibrating table. After filling the mold cavities with concrete, the vibration exciters are activated and are caused to vibrate by shaking, these vibrations being transferred to the vibrating table and the mold. The vibration exciters are electrically connected to a microprocessor which controls the vibration frequency and other parameters of the vibration drive by corresponding, preselectable computer programs.

  • Patent number: 5846576
Abstract: The mold for the production of concrete shaped bricks has several mold cavities, which are filled with free-flowing concrete. To produce recesses in the interior or on the outer sides of the shaped brick, to each mold cavity there correspond one or more mold cores which penetrate a wiping plate that lies below the mold and project from the bottom into the mold cavities. To demold the shaped brick, the mold cores that are arranged on a core support plate are run out from the mold cavities by a vertical movement relative to the mold and to the wiping plate to the upper limit of the wiping plate, and then the unit that consists of the wiping plate and core support plate is run out in the horizontal direction from the area of the mold.

  • Patent number: 5770244
Abstract: A mold, for the production of concrete shaped bricks having one or more inclined side walls, has an inclined side wall which together with the opposed vertical mold side wall diverges upwardly to form an angle that is opened upwardly, the inclined side wall is moved upwardly in the direction of inclination in order to open the mold and to enable the shaped bricks to be removed from the mold. The movement of the inclined side wall along the inclined space of the shaped brick during removal of the mold results in a smooth clean even surface.
