  • Patent number: 9750089
Abstract: A cooking device has at least one pre-set parameter for at least one predetermined program, such as a cooking program, and/or cleaning program, and/or for at least one predetermined mode of operation, such as a cooking mode of operation or a cleaning mode of operation. The preset parameter can be modified by means of at least one modification function element of a control element of the cooking device. During a particular time period, the modification can be confirmed, accepted and/or stored by means of at least one confirmation and/or storage function element of the control element of the cooking device, and after a particular time period has elapsed, the modification can be confirmed, accepted and/or stored automatically by the cooking device.

  • Patent number: 8025740
Abstract: A process for conducting cleaning operations at predetermined time intervals in a chamber or container of a fluid-receiving device of a foodstuff-processing apparatus first comprises receiving a first fluid in the chamber or container. Then, first and second degrees of cleaning are determined at first and second moments in time, respectively. Then, a first difference between the first and second degrees of cleaning is determined. In a first case, in which the second degree of cleaning lies below a first limit value, the action duration of the at least one cleaning agent during at least one subsequent cleaning operation is set depending on the first degree of cleaning. In a second case, in which the second degree of cleaning lies above the first limit value, a greater amount of cleaning agent is supplied and/or the time interval between two subsequent, successive cleaning operations is shortened.

  • Publication number: 20100293375
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for storing data in a memory of a cooking appliance and/or for reading data from the memory of the cooking appliance, wherein the cooking appliance comprises at least one interface to a server. In a first step, data of the cooking appliance is stored in the memory, and in a second step, following authentication by the server in relation to the cooking appliance, data is read from the memory by the server via encoded data transmission. The invention further relates to a cooking appliance, comprising at least one memory, a user interface, and at least one interface to at least one server in order to carry out such a method for the purpose of transmitting data between the memory and at least the server.

  • Publication number: 20100205295
Abstract: A system for synchronous monitoring of a cooking process of a plurality of cooking devices via the internal web browser of one of the cooking devices comprises a plurality of cooking devices that can be interconnected via interfaces. Each cooking device is connected to at least one internal web server that is connected to a network and that provides services for the monitoring, control or analysis of at least one of the cooking devices. At least one internal web browser is provided that is connected to the network and that can use at least the services of one of the internal web servers.
