The holding element is provided with an annular space at the first end thereof, which is located near the threaded bar. The annular space encompasses a wall that is made of an elastic material. A channel extends from the annular space to a second end which is located at a distance from the threaded bar while a valve, by means of which the channel can be sealed, is provided at the second end.
