  • Patent number: 7072406
Abstract: A digital serial interface connects a transmitting device with a receiving device for communicating both data bits and synchronization signals via the serial interface. The transmitting device include a primary transmitter for converting a serial sequence of the data bits into successive data signal levels, and further includes a secondary transmitter for converting synchronization signals into synchronization signal levels different from the levels employed for the data signals. The receiving device has a primary receiver for the data signal levels for converting a sequence of data signal levels into a serial sequence of data bits, and further includes a secondary receiver fir the synchronization signal levels for converting synchronization signal levels into synchronization signals.

  • Patent number: 6895256
Abstract: A mobile terminal includes a lens/filter combination, a single-chip camera module and an integrated mobile terminal processor. The lens/filter combination responds to an image, for providing an optical image signal. The single-chip camera module responds to the optical image signal, and to an integrated mobile terminal processor control signal, for performing analog image processing functions (such as correlated double sampling (CDS) and automatic gain control (AGC)) before an analog-to-digital conversion (ADC), basic sensor driving and adjustment functions (such as pixel access, timing and basic automatic exposure control), and digital input/output (I/O) functions, and providing a sensor data output signal and a single-chip camera module control bus signal.

  • Publication number: 20010053691
Abstract: A method and arrangements are provided for distributing a recreational application within a group of terminal arrangements (1101, 1102). The group comprises at least two terminal arrangements and each terminal arrangement comprises a terminal of a cellular radio system. Within the method, there is transmitted from a first terminal arrangement to a second terminal arrangement a proposal (104, 204, 704) for setting up a session of utilizing a recreational application. Only after the second terminal arrangement has received said proposal, one used (107, 108, 207, 208, 308, 408, 409, 508, 509, 510, 607, 608, 609, 610, 611, 707, 710, 711) the communicational capabilities of at least one of the first and second terminal arrangements to establish a state where both the first terminal arrangement and the second terminal arrangement possess enough software components (1103, 1104, 1105, 1106, 1205) for setting up a common, shared session of utilizing said recreational application.
