Abstract: The invention provides a process for pairing off parties on a real estate and housing market such that the parties are enabled to limit and manage economical risks associated with transactions and contracts. A potential buyer or tenant is enabled to submit an earmarking advertisement defining constraint requirements for an object being searched for. A potential seller or landlord is enabled to submit an anonymous offering advertisement that includes information about an object on sale or on hire. A service provider checks whether the object on sale or on hire has potential to match the constraint requirements of the object being searched for. If the object being offered has potential to match the constraint requirements, the service provider contacts the potential seller or landlord and/or the potential buyer or tenant for inquiring about willingness for further negotiations.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method and a system for providing visual information by means of the data network in real estate agency for offering to potential buyers looking for a suitable object an opportunity to get an idea of the views in the environment of the object on sale. The method and the system according to the invention show the location area of the object on sale as a map image, at least one outlook point in the environment of the object on sale in the map image, and the outlook image representing the view, which can be seen by the virtual viewer placed in the corresponding position of the location area of the object on sale, corresponding to the outlook point, as a response to the indication of the outlook point in the map image.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method and a system for providing an automated searching service operating in a data network on a real estate market. A potential buyer looking for a suitable object is represented by a purchase advertisement provided with certain constraint requirements. A potential seller selling a certain object is represented by a sales advertisement provided with the distinguishing features of the object on sale. The purchase advertisement and the sales advertisement are stored in a data base. The automated searching service is symmetrical such that the potential seller is offered an opportunity to receive a report presenting the purchase advertisements selected on the basis of predefined requirements and, correspondingly, the potential buyer is offered an opportunity to receive a report presenting the sales advertisements selected on the basis of predefined requirements.
