    Abstract: A cap (12) for a beverage bottle (14) includes a passage (22) through which beverage in the bottle may flow from the bottle. A first portion (24) surrounds the passage (22) and is engageable with the lips of a child adapted to consume the beverage that flows through the passage. A second portion (34) clamping engages the beverage bottle (14) to hold the cap (12) on the bottle. The cap (12) is made of an elastic material and the second portion (34) stretches to clamping engage the bottle (14). At least one manually engageable pull tab (40, 42) is for pulling the second portion (34) onto the bottle (14) while the second portion stretches.

    Abstract: A method of helping to secure an infant in a child's car seat and to prevent slouching of the infant in the car seat includes the step of placing a cushion having a unitary tube shaped structure into the car seat and placing an infant into the car seat where the tube-shaped structure has an upside-down U-shape including two legs with two axial ends and a base portion where the two legs are joined together. The base portion is located at the top of the back surface of the car seat and the two axial ends of the legs are located at the free edge of the seat surface of the car seat. The cushion legs engage the side walls of the car seat. The method includes the step of placing the infant into the car seat so that the infant is surrounded by the cushion base portion and legs to reduce the surface area of the car seat for the infant to occupy in order to help to minimize slouching of the infant in the car seat.

The blanket (32) is extensible over the top surface (14) without extending over the head support portion (20).

    Abstract: An insert for a child's car seat comprising a cushioning positioner received within a child's car seat such that the cushioning positioner secures a child of any size in the car seat in a physiologically and physically beneficial orientation and protects the child from injury due to the operation of the car. The insert comprises a base with a child placement area therein and a restraint having a pivot and a securing end. The restraint is pivotally attached to the base at the pivot such that when the restraint is pivoted away from the base, a child can be placed into the child placement area and when the restraint is pivoted toward the base it releasably attaches at the securing end to the base.
