    Abstract: A chalkboard chart holder (10) includes at least two spring-loaded, normally-closed, hand-openable, clamp assemblies (12) having permanent magnets (14) thereon mounted on an elongated support member (16). The chalkboard chart holder can be attached to a ferromagnetic chalkboard (68) by the magnets on the clamps so as to hold a chart (72) in the clamps on the chalkboard.
