A central axis extends from the first handle end to the second handle end. The first clamp is configured to selectively secure a first dumbbell to the first handle end and prevent rotation of the first dumbbell about the central axis. The second clamp is configured to selectively secure a second dumbbell to the second handle end and prevent rotation of the second dumbbell about the central axis. The first clamp and the second clamp each include a first portion, a second portion selectively pivoting with respect to the first portion between a closed position and an open position, and a fastener selectively securing the first portion and the second portion in the closed position.
