Abstract: Embodiments of the subject invention provide methods of using an integrated database management system and communication tool to provide group management and communication services through wide area networks (WAN). Embodiments of the invention can utilize computer-implemented methods and systems for uniquely organizing, integrating, and assembling the different information sharing and communication features via a user-friendly interface allowing access from a plurality of independent computer workstations after user identification. Further embodiments, of the invention can include a database server for managing members' information and data. Still further embodiments, of the invention can incorporate a graphical user interface server for interacting with users in an organization.
