Abstract: The invention relates to a method for recycling waste in the form of flakes containing plastics-based materials, the flakes; —compacting the flakes and feeding them into a plasticizing tool; —melting and kneading the flakes in the plasticizing tool; —injecting the extruded material under high pressure into a mould to form a component; —using the decomposition gases generated by the heating and the pressurizing of the material recycled in the plasticizing tool to lubricate the material as it is injected into the mould and to compensate for the shrinkage of the material as it cools without supplying additional gas; —cooling the mould; —extracting the component from the mould.

Abstract: A cap for a receptacle, in particular a tube, in particular a flexible tube for a cosmetic product. The receptacle has a neck (3) and a solid insert (8) forming a seal that closes off one end of the neck (3) that leads into an internal volume (4) of the receptacle. The cap (1) has a punch (14) designed to cut and/or pierce the seal, and the cap (1) being designed to be positioned on the neck (3) in a standby position in which the punch (14) is in the neck (3), leaving the seal intact, and in a use position in which the seal has been cut and/or pierced by the punch (14). Abstract: The invention concerns an injection overmoulding device comprising at least one indexed rotary turret on which cooled moulds are installed, each mould comprising a plurality of cavities, and at least five stationary stations arranged around said turret, including at least a first station, a second station and a third station that are used, respectively, for carrying out the operations of positioning the inserts in the cavities of the mould, injecting plastic material into the cavities of the mould, and demoulding the at least partially cooled objects. The device comprises, for each mould, at least separate injection means. The invention also concerns a method implemented by the device.
