The processor issues authentication information to a delivery user terminal when the processor has made the electronic payment in a case where there is specification that the client user pays for the fee at the time of delivery of the package. The delivery user terminal makes a request of a lock/unlock device to lock or unlock the predetermined compartment with the authentication information. The lock/unlock device locks or unlocks the predetermined compartment.
