    Abstract: This invention involves the acoustical transmission of messages from an individual operating under water to persons operating on the surface. A wrist-mounted, keyboard-actuated, acoustical signal generator is provided, having means to generate and amplify a coded electrical signal. This coded signal drives a transducer which transmits the message as an acoustical signal.
