The slot die shim includes a coupling portion coupled to the first and second dies, a plurality of first protruding portions protruding from one side of the coupling portion and spaced apart from one another, and one or more second protruding portions positioned between the first protruding portions, in which the second protruding portion includes a groove through which the slurry flows.
