    Abstract: A tool having a pair of end members, each with an arcuate surface for engaging a riser section of an exhaust manifold. One of the end members is formed with a threaded cylindrical recess for threadably receiving an adjustment bolt having a cylindrical recess with smooth walls. The other end member is formed with a cylindrical peg or fitting which slidably passes into the smooth-walled cylindrical recess. A method for aligning apertures in an exhaust manifold with holes in cylinder heads of an engine block.
